Using this croquet set is easy. First, take out the wickets and stakes from the carry bag and set up the playing field. Push the 14 - inch stakes into the ground and attach the vinyl - coated steel wickets. Then, distribute the 4 color - coded polymer balls and mallets to the players. Each player uses their mallet to hit their ball through the wickets. Remember, keep the mallet handle firmly to have better control. When it comes to maintenance, after each use, wipe the mallets, balls, wickets and stakes with a dry cloth. Store the set in a cool, dry place to prevent the wood on the mallet handles from warping and the vinyl on the wickets from peeling.
