Using this boogie board is super easy. First, attach the wrist leash to your wrist to keep the board close. Then, carry it to the water and lie on it. Paddle out into the waves using your arms. When a good wave comes, catch it and ride it towards the shore. As for the care, after each use, rinse the board with fresh water to remove salt and sand. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If there are any small scratches, you can use a board repair kit.
